- Smaller government and control of local issues returned to local communities.

- Affordable energy prices and adequate supply through production and conservation.

- Student proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics.

- Preventing crime and timely prosecution of criminals.

- Health care made more available and less complicated.

- Fixing and improving roads and highways.

- Protecting water quality and supply.

- Keeping state government out of places where it does not belong.
