I was born in Pleasanton, California in 1917. In 1922 my folks, after marriage in Oakland, moved back here. However, my grandfather Joseph Pisenti came from Gumglia Switzerland in 1875. My father and three aunts went to the old Todd School on Todd Rd. After a short time away they came back to Santa Rosa after my grandfather passed away in Pleasanton and was buried there.

I went through all my schooling in Santa Rosa. 1-6 grades at the Lincoln School. Two years at the Junior High School then on Humboldt St. Then 3 years at the Santa Rosa High on Mendocino Ave.

After that I took up agriculture, then enter an automobile mechanic, the Petroleum business, then the last 21 years in auto sales. Then stayed on the farm.
