Candidate for
Council Member; City of Harrison

Hello, my name is Deborah Acra and I am a current member of Harrison City Council and a candidate for re-election. I am currently serving the citizens of Harrison in my second term. In that time, I have served as Vice Mayor, acting Mayor, chair of the police and fire committees and a member of various other committees.

I am currently the President of the Board of Trustees of the Western Joint Ambulance District, an organization of which I am extremely proud as it provides paramedic and advanced life support services to the citizens of five jurisdictional communities including the City of Harrison.

I also serve as the city's liason to the Main Street Harrison organization, a non profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of our historic downtown Harrison.

My professional position is as office manager of Nedcon USA, Inc.

Personally, I am married to Ray Acra and we have three children, Sam, Mark and Eric. I am a member of St. John the Baptist Church and a volunteer at St. John the Baptist School.
