1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from Jeffrey S. "Jeff" Clark:

Encourage resident participation committee to work with government and saftey departments within Village including Police, Fire, Rescue, Mayors office, Council and Service department. Utilize available resources within departments and Village to educate residents regarding safety services offered, functions of departments and utilize interaction from all parties to illiminate voids in services provided and perceived value to residents.
