Answer from Jean A. Staubach:
I will implement the curriculum and technology enhancements as a leader, through the staff of the Sycamore district. I will do 3 things to make this priority a reality. 1. Envision. I will support and participate in the strategic planning process to create the vision for the district. 2. Energize. I will work to motivate the key players to embrace the vision and work hard to implement it. 3. Enable. I will support the people, policies, processes, and skill-building necessary to implement the changes required.
