Strengthening and improving Foster CityThis election isn't necessarily about change, it is about taking the needed steps to guide our established community into the future without making drastic, undesirable changes. Our current Downtown Plan needs review and augmenting. We must plan for adequate senior housing - not just for now but for ten and twenty years from now. And, we need to ensure sufficient, top-quality, local emergency medical services for our population. As an independent business owner, I have learned the importance of a balanced budget and sound financial management. To keep pace with the rising cost of government, we must work to keep Foster City's business community thriving and our tax base strong. These issues are among my top priorities for Foster City. |
