Quality, thoughtful planning that that will enhance our city's future is a top priority.Critical decisions affecting the future of our community still need to be made. I will study every aspect of each project before making final decisions. Completion of the Rail Corridor Master Plan and a specific plan for the Bay Meadows track will guide future property development in the Rail/El Camino Corridor. The City will be revising the General Plan which will guide future development throughout the City. I believe it is crucial that the decisions on these major planning initiatives protect our neighborhoods from the negative impacts of new development, contain well thought-out traffic and parking plans and expand and improve our recreation areas. |
