PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING

Describe your experience in and knowledge of the governmental or educational unit for which you are seeking election.

This term will be focused on Sunnyvale Downtown Redevelopment and I have more experience in the industry than any other candidate.

What are the three most important issues facing the jurisdiction in which you are seeking election?

1. Downtown redevelopment project
2. Residents not being informed about issues concerning them.
3. Traffic

If elected, what would you do about these issues?

Many downtown business are suffering and downtown residents and business owners have just now received notice of the specific plan. the project is at astandstill because of irate residents, mostly because they have not been informed. They have applauded at every rebuke during presentations. They are also upset because, without being notified, a crematory was approved in their neighborhood.

Briefly, explain why you are the best candidate for the office for which you are seeking election.

For the last 20 years, I have worked closely with Sunnyvale homeowners inside their homes. Their homes are their top priority and they feel like they do not have control of their property any longer. Having adopted this mind set, I will see that their interests are protected.

These are some of my supporters who have asked me to run. I will use my people skills to get everyone to work together and find a solution to the many issues addressing Sunnyvale. The Current Council, Planning Commission, and Mozart do not comprehend and seem to be unaware of the extent of the voter's discontent and anger. I would like to bring everyone together and resolve these issues in the best interest of all parties affected.

Thank you.
