As the director of Mortgage Risk Analytics I routinely worked with 4 other departments in the corporate IT organization to complete projects. The sophistication of our applications made it necessary for us to lead the rest of the organization as early adopters of new technologies. This was a source of constant tension that was managed effectively, enabling the organization as a whole met its goal of effectively managing over $100 billion in mortage assets.
