Candidate for
Director; Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District

I have lived in the District since 1955 with my wife Jerry, and raised 3 children here. I managed little league teams for about 20 years and had a team that came in second in the 11 Western States. I am a registered industrial and mechanical engineer in California and an engineering graduate from U.C. Berkeley. I have had extensive experience in the regulation of public utilities with the California Public Utilities Commission.

Prior to serving on this Board I served on the Terra Linda Community Services District Board with such notables as Mel Warenback, Dick Less, and Web Beckstead.

I have a long service record with the Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District and am a current member of the Board. As a Board Director I would continue to serve and apply my training and experience toward solving current issues in a cost effective and environmentally sound fashion.
