Jeff Reinhardt's Positions

By Jeffrey M. "Jeff" Reinhardt

Candidate for City Council Member; City of Agoura Hills

Community Issues
Here are positions I hold on issues important to our community:

Maintain our city's low crime rate and excellent public safety record.

Improve our local traffic circulation through freeway interchange improvements, resurfacing our city streets and engaging in "traffic calming" methods where needed. Work with state and federal agencies to secure funding whenever possible.

Tightly control development and manage it to the best advantage of the city.

Continue our efforts to expand open space in our city.

I oppose the Ahmanson Ranch project that will add thousands of vehicle trips per day to US 101 and will force traffic onto Kanan Road as students from that project access Oak Park schools.

I support efforts to obtain grants for the Reyes Adobe property and the Lindero Creek watershed at the northwest corner of our city.
