Leadership is the way to excellence.
In order to achieve excellence, one must have a vision or goal of excellence...you have to be able to imagine something, in order to create it. To lead and direct the College to excellence will require leadership that is visionary, experienced and knowledgeable.

I have the vision of excellence that identifies excellence as the goal for the college. Being good is not good enough.

I have the experience of a successful professional career in education and also in business and government. This gives me the background on which to build and direct the College toward goal achievement.

I have the knowledge to direct, motivate and lead people to work together in a team to utilize their skills and knowledge.

I have the proven leadership that the College needs to move forward toward excellence.
