In a time of serious teacher shortages in CA we must find ways to retain our experienced staff and recruit to RUSD the best possible personnel
• More than half of our Rowland USD schools are California Distinguished Schools and two are National Blue Ribbon Schools. In this time of increased teacher shortage I am committed to working with everyone involved to find ways of retaining our experienced staff and recruiting to RUSD the best and the brightest, in order to maintain and increase these types of distinctions for all of our schools.
