We need to concentrate on the education of our children and students in the adult school. Now more then ever, we need to address the needs of ALL our students, especially the very young, which need Pre-K classes. This also includes the education of parents. I will work diligently to improve the education of ALL our students, including the participants in our award winning Bassett Adult School. I feel the issues facing BUSD are the reduction of financial resources partly created by the energy crisis which will severely affect our schools and employing qualified teachers, administrators and classified employees. |
