This information is provided by the candidate
The City Attorney has a direct on improving the quality of life in all our neighborhoods. However this can be best achieved by a unified effort between the City Attorney, the community, and other city agencies. This program is the answer!
Project "Q.U.E.S.T." © (Quality Urban Environment Strike Team) Quality of Life

As the next L.A. City Attorney, my goals are to make Los Angeles not only a safer place to live and raise a family, but an overall better place to live. As such, my efforts to make the City better will not end with crime reduction. I intend to create Q.U.E.S.T, the Quality Urban Environment Strike Team. QUEST is a program to have the City Attorney's Office lawyers work with community leaders and other City agencies to focus enforcement efforts on matters concerning quality of life concerns for the communities of Los Angeles. QUEST members will focus their attention on non-criminal issues that affect property values, and other quality of life concerns of Angelenos. The City and the community have tremendous resources available, but only through a joint effort can these resources be used to build a better Los Angeles. As the next City Attorney for Los Angeles, I have a commitment to focusing the non-criminal branch of the office on these issues.

Please read about my TNT and LIMIT programs as well. Together we can and will make Los Angeles a better place to live, but to do so I need your vote on April 10th.
