Fighting Traffic Congestion

By Stephen A. Saltzman

Candidate for Member, City Council; City of Los Angeles; District 5

This information is provided by the candidate
Steve Saltzman understands that the worsening traffic congestion is not only an inconvenience to our City's residents; it represents a serious threat to the City's economy. As President of The Greater Los Angeles Energy Coalition, Steve worked closely with Mayor Tom Bradley to coordinate the highly successful 1984 LA Olympic traffic mitigation program. Steve is calling for renewal of those measures along with a bold new initiative to developing a Comprehensive Regional Traffic and Transportation Strategy.
