Tax Reform: Give a break to the taxpayers who pay the billsBy Jim RaussenCandidate for State Representative; District 32 | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Taxes have a tremendous impact on our lives. The average family now has to work up until June from the start of a calendar year to have earned enough money to pay their federal, state, and local taxes. Through the 1990's, Ohio has been able to accumulate a monetary surplus because of conscious efforts to control spending. Now it is time to return those surplus dollars to the people who paid the bill: the taxpayers of Ohio. By reducing taxes you not only provide necessary relief to the working families of Ohio, which allows for further savings and investment, but tax form also encourages economic development and improves competition for Ohio businesses. |
