Personal: 55 years of age. Married to Susan for seventeen years. Has two daughters, a step-daughter and step-son. Has been a life long resident of the district having been raised in Norwood, and is a current resident in the Oakley - Hyde Park area of Cincinnati.

Education: Graduated from Norwood High School in 1963 and attended the University of Cincinnati.

Experience: Served as a police officer for fourteen years in the City of Cincinnati, City of Greenhills, and the City of Wyoming. Is currently the elected President of the International Guards Union of America, Local #8, and served as vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Downtown Retail Merchants Security Group while serving as Security Director for the Gidding-Jenny Company. Has experience in negotiating contracts from both sides of the bargaining table. Has also served as a mentor for students entering the private security field. Am currently working in the Security Department of the General Electric Aircraft Engine Business Group in Evendale where I have been for fifteen years.

Have long been supportive of youth programs serving as an Ohio High School Athletic Official for the past fifteen years working baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and football. Also coached boys baseball and girls fastpitch softball at Purcell Marian High School. Have worked all levels from pee wees to High School and have worked the Cincinnati Youth Football League for the past fifteen years which included youth in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Warren Counties.

PoliticalExperience: Was a candidate for U.S.Congress in l994,and for the 0hio State Senate in 1998. Currently serve as an elected Precinct Executive in Cincinnati Ward 2-K, member of the Hamilton County Democratic Executive Committee, Co-Chairman of the Cincinnati Democratic Committee, member of the Hamilton County Democratic Party, and a member of the Duckworth Democratic Club.
