Central Committee. 1982-present Member & Eucharistic Minister - St. Joachim Church, Lockeford, CA. 1995-present Own and operate Travel Experience, a home-based agency specializing in planning & arranging travel to Europe. 1983-present Co-owner Stampede Valley Vineyard in Clements, CA - Developed and currently manage commercial winegrape vineyard. 1998 Retired from State of California employment to devote more time to my travel business and commercial vineyard operations and to campaign as a Libertarian candidate for State Senate. 1996-1998 Manager - Market Analysis Branch, California Integrated Waste Management Board - Sacramento, CA - Managed programs aimed at improving markets for recyclable commodities in California. 1993-1996 Manager - Zone Administration Branch, California Integrated Waste Management Board - Sacramento, CA - Managed multi-million dollar state low-interest loan program to expand California's manufacturing capacity to absorb materials collected by recycling programs throughout the State. 1992-1993 Served on the Board of Directors for the California Resource Recovery Association # organized the 1993 statewide conference and was chairman of the membership committee. 1991-1993 Supervising Waste Management Specialist - Policy Analysis Office, California Integrated Waste Management Board - Sacramento, CA - Performed high level analysis of Board programs. 1988-1991 Chief - Resource Conservation Division California Integrated Waste Management Board - Sacramento, CA - Managed core recycling programs of the agency responsible for solid waste management in California. Wrote original concept and language for two key pieces of legislation--AB 939 and SB 1322 (1989)--regarding State oversight of solid waste management and waste prevention in California. 1975-1988 Misc. staff positions at various California agencies in Sacramento, CA(Waste Management Board, Employment Development Department, Energy Commission, Department of Water Resources).
