Smart Voter Political Philosophy for James V. "Jim" Hoffmann, Jr.

Candidate for
City Council; City of Manteca

This information is provided by the candidate

I represent the average, working class Mantecan. Family issues are a priority with me. I do not ask for, nor do I accept money from anyone. My initial focus is to ensure Manteca lives up to its motto "The Family City," and does not have its future squandered by growth related issues.

My long term focus is to ensure our citizens do not have to commute to make a living. I propose bringing in high-tech companies, but also pursue - with the help of surrounding communities, and the state and federal governments - the construction of a Patterson/Tracy to San Jose transportation corridor through the mountain.
