Another priority would be objective and develop team work and listen.

After teaching in this District for 29 years, I have seen the effects and success and failure and how important it is for the Board to have compassion for the parent and students. It is very important to have our doors open so that all people feel comfortable in communicating. We may not all agree, but we must listen with an open mind and work for the best interest of the majority. Also, with the community growing faster than schools being built, it is necessary that we utilize funding to its maximum potential by finding wastefule spending and eliminate it.
