Nancy Noe has lived in Mountain View for almost 24 years as a renter, a single-mother, and an active member of the local business community. She has previous experience as a government employee and now works for a pharmaceutical corporation managing government affairs and working with regional and state trade organizations on public policy and legislative issues.
