In my eight years as a City Councilman and eighteen years as Gardena's Mayor, I have earned a reputation for fairness, honesty, and responsiveness to my constiuents. With 21 years of experience in the Greater LA Vector Control District Board of Trustees and 18 years as LA County Sanitation District Director, I know how special districts operate. I dedicated the past 25 years of my life to serving the best interests of this community and I will continue to do so as your representative on the Water Board.
