The franchise agreement with Bay View Refuse and Recycling provides for comprehensive reviews of Contractor's revenues and expenses at four-year intervals.
The first review will take place in calendar year 2001 with rates for calendar year 2002 to be set no later than September 30, 2001. The District has reserved monies from franchise fee payments to defray auditing expenses and any other costs that may be associated with this review.
