Council Member; City of Whittier

I feel that the true power is with the people. When one votes they do not relinquish that power, they just hope that their vote is an extension of their concerns. Those who hold office hold no power, but rather it is a honor and a responablity and must answer to the people.

It is the people's responablity to hold the candidate responable for their actions by keeping in touch and voicing their concerns.

The office holder is just an extension of the will of community that as elected them. So Vote and be heard and remember your the real power.
