Management Consultant
- Creating a non-profit community development corporation in Memphis, Tennessee governed by a partnership of neighborhood residents, business representatives and government. Negotiating housing development contracts on behalf of the organization to provide construction and lending services throughout the city and county. Services will include housing construction and a multitude of lending products.
- Developed and implemented a plan to expand the services of a community development organization in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Resulted in revitalization activities in three neighborhoods in the city which is a substantial increase from the original eight block target area.
- Created a growth strategy to increase the number of community development organizations affiliated with Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation.
- Author and instructor for courses offered at Neighborhood Reinvest Training Institutes.

- Owned and managed a consulting firm assisting non-profit development corporations in the creation of neighborhood revitalization activities.
- Developed a single family infill housing development program for the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation which is still being used successfully today.
- Developed a housing development program for Lower Price Hill Community Redevelopment Corporation in conjunction with Habitat for Humanities.
