Court Administrator 3 years as Adult Probation Officer - Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County 1. The Hamilton County Municipal Court is a part of the criminal justice system. It is a system that has to perform on a daily basis. It has to be current on a daily basis. It has to work for those who use the system. -My experience is such that I have made the system work! 2. In order to make the system work, leadership has to have a complete and intricate knowledge of the system and have a working professional relationship with judges, staff, police, attorneys, and all agencies that use the courts. -My experience is such that I have an excellent working relationship with all persons and agencies who are the system, which is why the court system works. 3. Even though the Court is a current system, one has to recognize that the Courts have to be aware of changes in technology, in legislation, in modern concepts, theory of administrative process and by such recognition plan for the future of the Courts in a modern society. -My experience is such that I have been able to identify the need for changes in the Courts and respond to those needs.
