Political Philosophy for Larry LoebkerCandidate for |
Larry's political philosophy is to actively listen to people, understand them, and empathize. The first responsibility as a public servant is to hear what the residents' needs are, ask clarifying questions, be responsive, and trust that people have good intentions. Larry lives by these principles as taught by Dr. Stephen R. Covey: be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win/win, seek first to understand...then to be understood, synergize, and sharpen the saw. |
