Born: March 4th, 1957 Birthplace: Albuquerque, New Mexico Married-Wife: Jayne Children: Michelle Anne, and Charles James

1975 - National Merit Scholarship finalist, Saint Xavier High School.

1976 University of Cincinnati School of Design, Art & Architecture with emphasis in computer design and mathematics.

1981 - 1983 Forensic videographer for Ace Reporting services bringing broadcast video techniques into the legal service industry.

1983 - 1987 Regional field engineer and customer support representative for Xseribe Corporation. Responsible for implementation of computerized court reporting techniques and interfacing of same with current legal support programs, in seven state territory.

1988 - 1990 Technical director, for Videofax corporation pioneering the use of broadcast video-techniques as utilized in the growing accident reconstruction field.

1991- Formed Exhibit 3D with five other partners a unique organization bringing
together a group of diverse talents for the pursuit of computer/video/photographic enhanced legal support.

1992- C. L. E. presentations before the Dayton Ohio Bar Association, Dayton Ohio Insurance Group, Cincinnati Claims Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys.
