Goals and Objectives For Evendale

Candidate for Member Council; Village of Evendale

The following is a an outline of some of my goal and objectives as a member of Evendale Council during the next four years.
1. Complete the development of Evendale Business Park in order to: a. broaden our tax base b. be able to reduce tax rates in the manner we have reduce property taxes

2. Commence Redevelopment of Reading Road south of Glendale -Milford to:

a. remove blight
b. broaden our tax base
c. be able to reduce tax rates
d. provide more diverse services for our community

3. Provide additional manpower to our fire department in order to:

a. provide greater paramedic service (man two life squads at all time instead of one)
b. provide greater fire ground safety for all of our firefighters
c. provide greater fire protection, firefighting ability, inspection and education services

4. Upgrade our grounds maintenance capabilities
5. Expand our recreational programs and opportunities especially for our seniors
6. To provide additional green space and park opportunities for Evendale
