1. What are your views regarding the need for public transportation in your community to promote access to employment throughout the region?

We currently are on the metro route and we do not need intracommunity transportation due to our size

2. Would you be in favor of county-wide campaign finance regulations that would provide for public matching funds, limit campaign contributions and provide for more disclosure? State your opinions on these ideas; whether you would support or oppose them.

This does not really affect NCH, however I would be in favor of limitations of all of the above

3. What are the benefits/detriments to land use planning prior to zoning decisions?

Answer from Daniel R. Brooks:
Benefits it gives guidance to decision making bodies to follow thru on long term planning
Detriments: too often inexperience's persons take land use/master plans as "carved in stone" and miss the conceptual nature of such plans that result of This does not really affect NCH, however I would be in favor of limitations of all of the above
which is missed opportunities due to "blinders".
