1. What are your views regarding the need for public transportation in your community to promote access to employment throughout the region?

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:
Public transportation is essential in order to transport workers into our city and to transport our citizens to their jobs in other communities.

2. Would you be in favor of county-wide campaign finance regulations that would provide for public matching funds, limit campaign contributions and provide for more disclosure? State your opinions on these ideas; whether you would support or oppose them.

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:
Limiting campaign contributions would make a politician less beholden to any person or organization. This would also be effective on the state and federal level.

3. What are the benefits/detriments to land use planning prior to zoning decisions?

Answer from Stephanie Stoller:
A master plan, put into place in advance, gives direction to administrators and politicians in future zoning decisions and can avoid litigation.
