A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Elmwood Place, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding ten (10) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to one dollar ($1.00) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 1999 first due in calendar year 2000.
