Political Philosophy for David Michael Lopez

David Lopez was born and raised in Modesto, CA. David and his family have lived in our community for over 30 years.

David Lopez has decided to run for City Council Chair #1 after seeing the people of Modesto feel a loss of community within Modesto. David says that "People feel cut off from having a voice in Modesto. Many are concerened that their roads are filling up with pot holes, traffic becoming worse and crime is getting out of hand." David says that "the average person thinks that their voice is not heard. That people like you and me are ignored and not paid attention to."

David Lopez wants more out of his City Government then that. David wants a city council who activelly seek out the thoughts and opinions of all who live in Modesto.

Because David is not the kind of person to sit around and complain he has decided to do something about it. David knows that it is a honor to represent the people of this great city that he calls home.

David Lopez is running for City Council to restore the pride of the people of Modesto in the City Council Chambers.
