This is a non-partisan post. I would strive to make sure the taxpayer gets the best "bang for the buck" and remember that the taxpayer is the client.

I am very interested in protecting the environment. The development of a long-term financial plan is critical. We must determine when sewer pipes need replacing, and make sure funds are available for replacement. Sewer pipes not replaced in a planned manner could cause raw sewage leakage having a detrimental effect on the environment.
