AA. degree, Liberal Arts, West Valley College, 1981; Single subject Teaching Credential in Social Studies, SJSU; completed Human Performance Credential Minor Program, toward a single subject supplementary credential in physical education; Locksmithing Certification from Locksmithing Institute; Electronic Technician Certification from Advanced Schools, Inc. Teaches in Santa Clara Unified School district; Employee and volunteer staff member at Central YMCA of Santa Clara Valley since 1981; District Secretary/financial officer of Bubank Sanitry District from December, 1990 to July, 1997; County of Santa Clara, Office of Planning, Planning Aide; Executive Board Representative of Santa Clara County School Board Associaation Burbank Community Advisory Council, Councilmember, 1986 to 1994 (approx). He was the only Director to repeatedly vote against the increase in your garbage rates from about eighteen ($18.00) dollars per quarter to the present rate of about forty five dollars ($45.00) per quarter, single can rate.
