Tam Valley Facing Significant Choices in 2000
Our quality of life is threatened by major increases in traffic, and the impending loss of community serving businesses, ala Sausalito and City of Mill Valley.

My understanding of Finance and Management by Objective combined with advanced studies in Urban Land Economics combined with prior experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker (Tenant Representation, Marcus and Millichap) and as a Broker for my own renovation firm= Habitats, Ltd., I have the depth of experience to provide our respresentatives to the Board of Supervisors with creative solutions to these issues in a fiscally responsible manner and within budget.

This is part of the reason I have been endorsed by John Kress, Marin Board of Supervisors 5th District, and more recently by Geoff Lilian, CEO, Lilian Consulting.

The provincial approach from our current reactive council will be far more productive if we anticipate problems to become PRO-ACTIVE. OUR SPHERE OF INFLUENCE WILL REQUIRE A CONTINUED PRESENCE with the Board, and yet I have never witnessed a member of the Incumbent TCSD at a Board of Supervisors meeting respresenting our community.

Where were your Incumbent candidates when bridge tolls increased to $3, and where will they be when the tolls go toward $5? Did your representative Indumbents represent you adequately during the Farrish proposal for Tam Junction, and if so, why did the opportunity for a planned development with major service improvements, and a deep pocketed, well financed developer go South? Ask yourselves if you prefer that patchwork improvement scheme now taking shape at the Junction, and the piece meal facelifts that are supposed to produce and attractive, world class entry way to the Muir Woods and West Marin. Over a million visitors per year are awaiting your reply.

Although two of the incumbents have co-opted ideas from my current campaign, and from my prior candidacy in Mill Valley, the issues are much the same as they were in 92'...fire and emergency planning, and environmental protection as a continuing tradition in the valley.

The choice is yours on November 2nd. Wilmore, Will DO More!

All the best, scott
