Tam Valley Facing Significant Choices in 2000

My residence in Tam Valley qualifies under current standards adopted by the Registrar of Voters. It was inappropriate for Ms.Chapman to impune our name with her opinion of the statutes, and to have her opinion printed as fact in the Independent Journal on Sunday.
