Phyllis Metcalfe is a political consultant in addition to being a local elected official since 1979. She has extensive experience in the political and public relations field and in the development/organization of job training programs. She previously worked as an underwriter specializing in programs for school districts and other public entities. Ms. Metcalfe has acted as campaign coordinator for a variety of political campaigns for state and local offices and for ballot propositions. She has coordinated fund-raising events for public officials and local organizations. Ms. Metcalfe serves as a director on the boards for several non-profit and educational organizations and has been an active participant in her community since moving to Marin County in 1967.
