EXPERIENCE: Thirty six (36) years experience in the water pollution control field helping to keep our bay and ocean waters pollution free. I worked for a public agency for 19 years. I have operated my own company for 20 years providing specialized services to assist public agencies and industry with their wastewater control needs. It is this experience that has convinced me that I have the time, energy and and knowledge to contribute to make the Harbor District one of the best in the State.
