Improve student performance beyond established standards

The Board of education, district management, teachers, support staff and parents need to collectively focus their efforts to a common goal, which is to provide the highest level of elementary education to all BUSD students.

• Establishment and implementation of a comprehensive plan to recruit, develop, and retain high quality teachers, classified and management personnel.

• Improve communication within the community where parents and the community-at-large are fully informed of the activities of each school and the district. The parents should be encourage to actively participate toward the educational growth of their children.

• Establish effective staff development programs where teachers learn different instructional strategies and new methods for assessing students for specific instruction to maximize their learning potentials.
