Founder and president of a village software business, Gedanken, with 4 employees. Founded in 1996.

Married to wife Anne, with a seven year old daughter in the Saratoga school system.

Graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 1979.

Graduated with a MS in Computer Science from Leland Stanford Junior University in 1985.

Graduated from the San Jose Entrepreneurship Training Program in 1995.

Granted the Consulting Engineeer's Council award for Civic Responsibility and Community Achievement.
