Please consider me as a Governing Board Member for the Fremont Union High School District. I am married and have two children, and currently reside in Sunnyvale. I am employed in high technology as an electrical engineer and scientist. I have a B.S. in Physics from U.C. Santa Barbara. In 1993, I relocated to Silicon Valley after living 18 years in Santa Barbara County. I have previous experience within local government as follows:

  • 1983-1984 Director- Santa Barbara County Private Industry Council (appointed)
  • 1984-1992 Director-Isla Vista Recreation and Park District (elected)
  • 1988-1993 Director-Goleta West Sanitary District (elected)
  • 1990-1992 Director-California Association of Recreation and Park Districts (elected)
  • 1994-1996 Comissioner City of Sunnyvale Housing & Human Services Commission (appointed)
