I believe that the Superior Court has a duty to the People of the State of California to operate efficiently and to apply the law without regard to any extraneous influence.

I will treat everyone who appears in front of me with respect. I realize that it is an honor to hold the position of Superior Court Judge and will maintain the highest standards.

The concerns of victims, survivors of victims, and witnesses are too often overlooked. My philosophy is that they must be given the respect of the courts.
