A native of San Diego County who has resided in San Jacinto since 1963. Married 41 years reside with wife, Candace. Four children, all of whom attended San Jacinto's public schools, two of whom have graduated from college. 4 grandchildren, ages 4 to 8.

Served to Captain, USAF as a legal officer 3 years, serving on Island of Guam 2 years. Graduate of San Diego State University and UCLA School of Law. Practicing attorney since 1959, now primarily in the areas of probate, trust, estate planning and real property law.

Was part-time City Attorney of City of San Jacinto from 1963 to 1981 A Director of Farmers Fair and Expo from 1977 to 1993, Advisory Director 1993 to present.

Member (and past president) of San Jacinto Rotary Club since 1963. Former member of Jaycees, YMCA, Board of Directors of American Red Cross Chapter of Riverside County,
