The Treasurer-Tax Collector's office is a service organization. After spending nineteen years in the finanical services industry I truly believe the customer comes first. Our primary goals of preserving County funds and providing service to taxpayers can only be met if we attract and maintain qualified personnel. The management of our treasury funds should not be left to amateurs and our dealings with the public should be professional and courteous. My goal is to ensure that our managers have the same tools and training as their counterparts in the private sector. At the same time our employees need to take responsibility for their actions and look for ways to solve problems.
