Full Biography for Gary F. Kelley

Candidate for
Director, Full Term; Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District; Division 3

I have lived in Lake Elsinore 14 years with my wife of 29 years, and our two daughters Kirsten, Kendall and an adopted daughter Nancy. Involement is what our family is about, from Safe and Sober Grad Night, to Friends of the Lake Elsinore Library, Fix it Together Commettee, we are never without a project. Previously I served as President of E.V.M.W.D., 1989-93. I wish to bring a human, open, knowledgeable presence to serve you.

I am committed to all our varing views and working cooperatively with all private and public agencies in the valley. I will bring a well balanced sence of community to a agency that at times appears removed from the ones they serve. I am commited to providing the highest water quality at the lowest price possible, always mindful of whom I serve and why.
