Patsy Marshall Ballot StatementBy Patsy MarshallCandidate for Member, City Council; City of Buena Park | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
I believe in giving something back to the community in which you live, and therefore I've been active in many civic and service organizations during the 23 years that I've lived in Buena Park. During the past four years, I have been privileged to serve as your Councilwoman, including one term as mayor. As your Councilwoman, I remain committed to fighting crime and preserving and enhancing our quality of life. I will continue to ensure that we have a safe, attractive and desirable city while maintaining Buena Park's fiscal responsibility. We must continue to focus on improving the local business climate by expanding our retail base, increasing tourism, and attracting and retaining quality development. A Buena Park homeowner, I own a public relations consulting business in Buena Park, and my twin sons attended our public schools. I have one granddaughter. I pledge to continue to provide constructive leadership through a positive, progressive and independent approach and to be accessible to all residents. I am proud of my record and ask for the opportunity to continue representing you on our City Council. Thank you. |
