Full Biography for Ross W. Elliott

Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Kernville Union School District

I've got first hand experience in the district as a member of the Wallace Middle School Site Council. This has experience has allowed me to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the local educational organizations, and see the demands that the schools are trying to fulfill.

I will bring a broad persective to the Board. I'm not "just a concerned parent", and I'm not "just an interested volunteer". I also bring a great deal of experience in dealing with the public, employees and beauracracies. Being a manager for the County of Kern, I know how to work within, and if necessary, around beauracracies.
