As a member of the San Mateo County Transportation Committee, I helped to lobby state and county funds for the passing lanes and other improvements currently underway on Highway 92. I also championed the recent addition of left turn lanes at Highway 92 (San Mateo Road) and Main Street, helping to ease the bottleneck in that area. I am committed to continuing to search for funding for road improvement projects that will help our daily commuters to the bayside as well as weekend tourist traffic.
